The flat die granulator machine compresses the mixed powder feed into cylindrical pellet feed. It can be widely used in fertilizer, feed, aquaculture and other fields. It has the characteristics of saving power, less power consumption, no vibration, large output, low noise, etc. There is no need to add water or dry during the granulation process. The natural temperature can reach 70℃-80℃, so that the starch gelatinized protein is coagulated and denatured. The inside of the particles is deep mature, the surface is smooth, hard, the length is adjustable, the forming rate is 100%, the particles are not easy to deteriorate and can be stored for a long time.
