Urea fertilizer production line to Ukraine

Last week, we sent a complete urea fertilizer equipment production line to Ukraine. The customer’s raw material is urea, he wants to produce solid and non-adhesive urea granules, and some other raw materials need to be added during the production process. The output is 3t/h. After understanding the customer’s needs, we recommended a fertilizer production line with double roller granulator to the customer, which includes urea crusher, mixer (for mixing urea and other raw materials), two double roller granulators and so on. After sending the test machine video and the produced granules to the customer, the customer was very satisfied with the finished granules and immediately paid the deposit.

The extrusion granulation production line is widely used in the production of compound fertilizer granules, mainly used to produce spherical granules with a diameter of 1mm-5mm.

The equipment has low investment, quick effect, low energy consumption, compact layout, scientific and reasonable, no waste removal, and stable operation. And the finished granules are round and solid, not easy to loose.
